Can I make changes to my order?
In order to get your items to you as fast as possible, our warehouse despatches orders very quickly. As a result, we cannot make amendments to an order after it is placed, but we might be able to cancel it if you get in touch ASAP!
What size should I go for?
For detailed sizing charts, please click the 'find my size' link located above the size selector on the product page.
When will you restock?
We aim to restock everything on a monthly basis, but this can be affected by fabric/manufacturing delays etc. To get notified when an out of stock product restocks, please sign up for email alerts by clicking the 'notify me when available' link on the product page and filling in your details.
What are your Christmas posting dates?
Royal Mail Standard: Order by Friday 15th December.
Royal Mail Express: Order by Monday 18th December.
For international orders, please order by 10th December to avoid disappointment!
How long does delivery take?
Royal Mail Standard (2-4 working days):
Our standard, untracked option for those who are not in a hurry. We are cannot track your order after despatch and the stated timeframe is only a guide. Please only contact us if your order has not arrived within 7 working days.
Royal Mail Express Tracked (next day if order placed before 1pm):
The Rolls Royce of delivery options. Fully trackable from despatch to delivery and aims to deliver next working day if your order is placed before 1pm. Please get in touch with us if your order hasn't arrived within 2 working days.
Royal Mail International Tracked:
Our international delivery option - fully tracked from despatch to delivery. We aim to deliver to Europe in 5-7 working days and rest of world in 7-12 working days. Please note that international orders can be subject to customs delays which are out of our control.
How can I track my order?
Please note, you will only be able to track your order if you have paid for a tracked delivery service. To track your order, please follow the tracking link in your despatch confirmation email.
Do your prices include Duty/VAT?
Our prices are all inclusive for UK orders.
For orders outside the UK, import duties and VAT may apply and will be collected by the shipping carrier. These are set by the destination country and are seaparate from any delivery cost paid.
Exchanges & Returns
Do you offer free returns?
In order that we can keep our prices reasonable and pay our workers fairly, we do not offer free returns, however if you are making an exchange, this will be sent out free of charge. Please note that our returns warehouse is in the UK.
How do I start an exchange/return?
To initiate an exchange or return, please ping a quick email to email@example.com and we will get the ball rolling for you.
What is your Christmas returns & exchange policy?
Any items purchased as Christmas gifts between now and the 20th December are exchangeable/returnable until the 15th January.
How long does it take to get an exchange or refund?
We aim to process returns and exchanges within 7 working days of them arriving back with us. If you are in a hurry to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original one for a refund.
