In order to get your items to you as fast as possible, our warehouse despatches orders very quickly. As a result, we cannot make amendments to an order after it is placed, but we might be able to cancel it if you get in touch ASAP!

Please note, you will only be able to track your order if you have paid for a tracked delivery service. To track your order, please follow the tracking link in your despatch confirmation email.

Our prices are all inclusive for UK orders.

EU orders under €150 will not incur extra Duty/VAT charges. We recommend splitting your order if it is over this value.

Orders to USA, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Korea & UAE are delivered with all taxes and duties paid. No extra charges on delivery.

Australian orders under AUD 1,000 will not incur any extra Duty/VAT charges.

For orders from the rest of world, import duties and VAT may apply and will be collected by the shipping carrier. These are set by the destination country and are seaparate from any delivery cost paid.

In order that we can keep our prices reasonable and pay our workers fairly, we do not offer free returns, however if you are making an exchange, this will be sent out free of charge. Exchanges are currently on possible for UK customers. Please note that our returns warehouse is in the UK.

To initiate an exchange or return, please ping a quick email to help@spelthamstore.com and we will get the ball rolling for you.

We aim to process returns and exchanges within 3 working days of them arriving back with us. If you are in a hurry to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original one for a refund.
