Return & Exchange Policy - UK
You must submit your return/exchange request via email to help@spelthamstore.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and in their original packaging. We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 5 working days of receiving your item(s) back. All marked down/sale purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.
Exchanges & returns for store credit are FREE with a returns label provided

Return & Exchange Policy - USA & International
We accept returns and exchanges on full-price items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.
To start a return or exchange, email help@spelthamstore.com with your order number. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer - we recommend using a tracked service. Our warehouse is based in the UK. We'll cover shipping on any replacement items sent as part of an exchange.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Import duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Faulty or incorrect items will be resolved immediately - contact us within 7 days of delivery.
All sale and marked-down items are final sale.
