Delivery
We aim to despatch orders within 2-3 working days unless otherwise stated on the home page. Please see product pages for delivery options.
Returns Policy
- We accept size exchanges and returns within 14 days of order delivery. Please note that we cannot exchange items for a different colour/style.
- Items must be returned to us unworn, in perfect condition and neatly folded in their original packaging. We are unable to exchange or refund items which are returned in an unsuitable condition.
- We will not charge for posting out exchanges but do not cover return postage costs. Please note that our warehouse is in the UK.
- We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service to return items, just in case!
- Sale items are non-exchangeable/refundable.
- In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please get in touch at help@spelthamstore.com and we will sort it out for you ASAP!
Return Instructions
Please send us a quick email to help@spelthamstore.com to let us know you'd like to start an exchange or return. Please do not return the items to the return address shown on the packaging.
Returns Process
Once we receive the return, we aim to process the exchange within 7 working days. All exchanges will be sent out using Standard Delivery (3-5 working days).
