Delivery & Returns Policy
- We accept size exchanges and returns within 14 days of order delivery. Please note that we cannot exchange items for a different colour/style.
- Items must be returned to us unworn, in perfect condition and neatly folded in their original packaging. We are unable to exchange or refund items which are returned in an unsuitable condition.
- We will not charge for posting out exchanges but do not cover return postage costs. Please note that our warehouse is in the UK.
- We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service to return items, just in case!
- Sale items are non-exchangeable/refundable.
- In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort it out for you ASAP!
Please send us a quick email to email@example.com to let us know you'd like to do an exchange. Please do not return the items to the return address shown on the packaging.
Once we receive the return, we aim to process the exchange within 7 working days. All exchanges will be sent out using Standard Delivery (3-5 working days).
